The House

The house has an unusual upside down layout, which provides spectacular views from the upstairs living room and kitchen, as well as maximising light and warmth, and keeping the bedrooms cooler in the summer.


Large and bright open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats ten but can squeeze up to 12. The kitchen also has a bluetooth speaker and is well equipped with pans, dishes and cooking utensils.

The kitchen leads out to a small, fully enclosed gravelled back garden with a table and chairs. The garden can also be accessed from the side of the house.

The large, bright living room is perfect for playing games and warming up by the fire. With comfortable sofas, armchair, rocking chair and beanbag, there is cosy seating for up to 12 guests. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and DVD player, as well as a large selection of books, DVDs and games.

Double doors from the living room lead out onto the roof terrace, where you can enjoy misty dawn breakfasts and glorious sunsets. On the roof terrace there is a large table seating up to ten, and a hanging egg chair.

There is an additional TV room upstairs with a day bed which sleeps two, and a newly refurbished bathroom, with a shower, WC and basin.


The Master bedroom has a luxurious kingsize bed and a newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with a bath, large shower, WC and basin.

There are two additional double bedrooms, and one bunk room (sleeps four) with two single beds and one set of bunk beds which are suitable for adults and children.

All bedrooms are equipped with hanging space, shelves, bedside tables, mirrors and reading lights. There are sockets next to every bed. Towels and linens are provided and all bedding is hypoallergenic.

There is a third bathroom downstairs with a shower, WC and basin.
